A vitally important panel discussion will soon be conducted on the atrocities perpetrated against the Greek Orthodox faithful 68 years ago in Istanbul: “Before and After the Istanbul Pogrom of September 6–7, 1955: The Destruction of the Hellenic (Rum) Community of Turkey.” It will take place on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 2 p.m. EDT.
