Dear Brother Archons,
It is with a heavy heart that we share the sad news of the passing of Archon Alex R. Breno, Archon Ekdikos, of Mount Airy, MD who fell asleep in the Lord on May 29, 2022. Archon Breno distinguished himself in the American Carpatho-Russian Diocese of the USA and contributed a great sense of ecumenicity to the Order of Saint Andrew. He was invested as an Archon on March 20, 1994.
On behalf of the Order of Saint Andrew, Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate we express our deep sympathy to his wife Eleanor and their family with abiding faith in our Lord and Savior and with hope in His resurrection!
