Dear Brother Archon,

With the blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, the Archons will be hosting two Retreat weekends: the first on the West Coast, in consultation with His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, and the second on the East Coast in order to extend our spiritual outreach to our brother Archons. Father Stavros Akrotirianakis will serve as Retreat Master for both retreats, on the topic, Renewing Our Call To Be Disciples.

The West Coast retreat, with the blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, is scheduled for Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29, 2025 at St. Anthony Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena, CA. The West Coast Retreat will be coordinated by Southern California Regional Commanders Archons Hon. Steven Counelis, Gerry Ranglas and Theodore Konopisos. Father Peter Stratos will join as Retreat Pastor.

The East Coast retreat is scheduled for Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church in Southampton, NY. Father Alexander Karloutsos and Father Constantine Lazarakis will also join us as Retreat Pastors. We are pleased to share with you that the AEP will be hosting a celebratory dinner in honor of our Spiritual Advisor, Fr. Alex, on the occasion of his 80th birthday.

The John Halecky Jr. National Archon Lenten Retreat is under the chairmanship of Archon Hieromnimon Peter J. Skeadas and co-chair Archon Ostiarios Michael G. Psaros.
