PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE

Archons-elect Orientation

11AM–1PM EST

The morning schedule will focus for Archons-elect and their spouses and families. An orientation presentation will be offered by National Commander Anthony J. Limberakis, M.D., who will deliver a multi-media program reviewing the awesome responsibilities and roles of Archons, who are advocates of religious freedom and serve as Defenders of the Faith.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: All Archons-elect, all Archons, their spouses and families, National Council members and Regional Commanders.


Archons-elect Boot Camp

1PM–2PM EST

Chair Archon John Zavitsanos, Esq. together with National Council member Archon Rocky Sisson, and Regional Commanders Archon John G. Manos and Archon Gus M. Pablecas will address Archons-elect as they are about to assume the serious responsibility to defend the Holy Mother Church.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: All Archons-elect, all Archons, their spouses and families, National Council members and Regional Commanders.


Break

2PM–3PM EST

We will take a one-hour break.


Archiepiscopal Charge to new Archons and Archon Annual Meeting

3PM–5PM EST

The Order of Saint Andrew Annual Meeting will commence with His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate offering his Archiepiscopal Charge to the new Archons. The Annual Meeting will continue with various presentations regarding the vision and strategy to secure religious freedom for the Ecumenical Patriarchate. We even have a surprise presentation that will be offered by the new Archons-elect! In addition, specific Archon initiatives and formal committee reports will be presented, guided by our singular mission to promote and protect the Mother Church of Constantinople, the Ecumenical Patriarchate. The meeting will conclude with a Trisagion service, offered by Archbishop Elpidophoros for the Archons who have fallen asleep in the Lord this past year.
