With the blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America and in consultation with His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas of Detroit, Dr. Anthony J. Limberakis, National Commander of the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, has appointed Archon William Brock Martin Regional Commander for the Metropolis of Detroit, joining Archon Lazaros A. Kircos.
Dr. Limberakis stated: “A convert to the Holy Orthodox Faith, Archon Brock Martin has a truly inspiring love for our Holy Mother Church of Constantinople. He is profoundly devoted to our beloved Ecumenical Patriarchate and to informing people about the extraordinary global ministry of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew. He and his beloved wife Christina are FOUNDERS of the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew Foundation. As a Regional Commander in the Metropolis of Detroit, Archon Brock will devote his considerable energies and acumen to highlighting the religious freedom initiatives of the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. As such, I am pleased and honored to make this appointment.”

I am profoundly honored and grateful to God to be able to support and defend his global ministry as an Archon, and now as a Regional Commander.”
Archon Brock Martin and his beloved wife Christina are longtime active members of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, as well as of Leadership 100. Archon Brock and Christina Martin, along with Archon Gus Vratsinas, sponsored a movie about the Ecumenical Patriarchate, “Guardians of Hellenism: The Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople,” by the American School of Classical Studies. Along with running the Bentonville based private real-estate investment firm, Orion Capital Partners, Archon Martin also serves Vice-Chair of Easter Seals of Arkansas and as President-Elect of the board of directors of Scouting America’s Natural State Council. In addition to all those activities, he has served on the boards of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Arkansas Chapter, Centers for Youth and Families, the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra board of Advisors, and treasurer of the Parish Council of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
William Brock Martin was invested as an Archon on October 20, 2024 and conferred with the offikion Ostiarios.
