Thomas N. Mitrakos of Holy Cross Church in Mt. Lebanon, PA, was invested as Archon in 2011 and conferred with the offikion Ostiarios.

Archon Mitrakos has served on the Parish Council and as a Sunday School teacher.

Archon Mitrakos, a commercial contractor, designed and supervised the construction of the Metropolis Nativity of the Theotokos Monastery, and he developed and built the infrastructure for the Mt. Tabor Summer Camp. He and his wife, Georgia, have been also publishing the annual calendar Daily Lives, Miracles and Wisdom of the Saints.
