Peter S. Vlitas, of the Saints Constantine and Helen Cathedral in Brooklyn, NY, was invested as Archon in 2012 and conferred with the offikion Hartoularios.

Archon Vlitas has served extensively on the parish council, including his term as President. He has also been very active in youth events of the Archdiocese.

Archon Vlitas, who owns a travel agency, has provided valuable assistance in the travel arrangements of His All Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, during Patriarchal trips to the United States and, in particular, Cuba.
