Archon Fotopoulos earned an M.Div degree at Holy Cross, where he was the class valedictorian, and a PhD at Loyola University. He is a Professor of Religious Studies at St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, specializing in the New Testament and early Christian studies. Archon Fotopoulos is a scholar and a prolific writer (four books, 24 articles and 21 papers) and lecturer, including a lecture in Athens several years ago titled “Baptism in the Pauline Churches in the First Century.â€
