Greg Saad is the founder and senior principal of Saad Development Corporation and Saad Realty Partners, L.L.C and serves as President and CEO of both companies. Mr. Saad’s primary responsibilities are corporate management, business development, and major commercial real estate project development. Mr. Saad also provides corporate and capital consulting services to select clients. He graduated from the University of West Alabama (Formerly Livingston University) in 1977 with a degree in History. In 2003, Mr. Saad was inducted into the Society of the Golden Key by the University of West Alabama.

Mr. Saad earned the Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1989. He brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial and industrial development and commercial real estate and brings significant knowledge and experience to his profession. Mr. Saad has led major developments for national and global clients such as Federal Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, Nationwide Insurance, Pier 1 Imports, AT&T, Office Depot, Darden Foods, and Frito-Lay.

In addition to his primary profession of commercial real estate development, Mr. Saad is former Chairman of the Board of Saad Enterprises, Inc. elected in 2008. Saad Enterprises, Inc. is the parent company of Saad Healthcare, Inc. Saad Healthcare is a family owned and operated home nursing, home hospice and medical equipment business with offices covering south Alabama and southern Mississippi. The Saad family history in healthcare began in 1968 and currently employs more than 550 employees throughout the Gulf Coast.

Mr. Saad has served on various boards, membership and community committees including the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Realtors, The Alabama Association of Realtors, the Mobile County Association of Realtors, the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club, the National Realtors Marketing Institute, the Alabama CCIM Chapter, United Way, Explorer Scouts, Steelwood Country Club Board of Directors, and Coastal Alabama Leadership Council. Mr. Saad is a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church where he served as a founding member of the Parish Trust in 1987, member of the Stewardship Ministry Committee (Chair for two years), the Policy and Procedures Committee, Iconography Committee (Chair for three years), Facilities Committee for three years and Parish Council member from 2015 – 2019 (President 2016 and 2017), current member of the Foundation Trust and Co-founder of GreekFest Charity Gala, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) (www.greekfestcharitygala.com). Greg Saad and his wife of 45 years, Jamie Clikas Saad have two married sons, John and Alyson Saad and James and Mireia Saad, and his sweet granddaughter, Phoebe Saad. Greg and Jamie reside in Loxley, Alabama with their Labrador retrievers, Socrates (Soc) and Bogue.

In his spare time Greg Saad enjoys fly fishing, stamp collecting, reading, but especially spending time with his family and granddaughter, Phoebe (OJM+).
