Constantine S. Liollio of the Annunciation Cathedral in Houston, TX, was invested as Archon in 2017 and conferred with the offikion Hartophylax.

Archon Liollio is a member of Leadership 100. Throughout his multifaceted service to the Church, he has been a voice for harmony. He took over the leadership of the Houston Cathedral parish council, during a period of tumult which had threatened to split the community, and he peacefully and harmoniously resolved all issues. Archon Liollio is also credited for ensuring passage of the present Archdiocesan Charter by tirelessly explaining during the 2004 Clergy Laity Congress reasons for the Charter to many delegates who were resistant to accepting it.
