Dear Brother Archons,

The Archon office was recently notified regarding the sad news of the passing of Archon Dr. Louis J. Roussalis, who fell asleep in the Lord on March 29, 2026. Archon Roussalis was invested with the title of Aktouarios on March 15, 1992.

Archon Dr. Lou was an extraordinary physician, churchman, and Archon having served with distinction for decades in his beloved Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Casper, Wyoming, the Metropolis of Denver, and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.

On behalf of the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, we express our deep sympathy to his beloved wife Cathy, and their entire family with abiding faith in our Lord and Savior and with hope in His resurrection!
