Dear Brother Archons,
It is with a heavy heart that we share the sad news of the passing of Archon Peter Vatsures, Archon Kastrinsios, who unexpectedly departed on May 7, 2020.
On behalf of the Order of Saint Andrew, Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate we express our deep sympathy to his entire family.
Archon Peter, invested on October 16, 2011, offered a remarkable contribution as a Church musician and passionate member of the National Forum of Greek Orthodox Church Musicians. His extraordinary efforts and devotion brought us the Liturgical Guidebook for the past 44 years, first initiated by Archon Frank Desby of blessed memory.
A funeral service will be held at Annunciation Cathedral, Columbus, OH.
