Dear Brother Archons,

The Archon Office was recently notified of the passing of Archon Dr. John C. Rouman, Archon Prostatis Ton Grammaton, of Durham, NH, who fell asleep in the Lord, August 4, 2022. Archon Rouman, was invested as an Archon on October 16, 2011 and was a distinguished academician in the field of Byzantine history and the classics.

On behalf of the Order of Saint Andrew, Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate we express our deep sympathy to his family with abiding faith in our Lord and Savior and with hope in His resurrection!
