On October 30, 2025, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew addressed a letter to Dr. Anthony J. Limberakis, National Commander of the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, expressing his “profound gratitude” for the Archons’ donation of $100,000 during His All-Holiness’ Apostolic Visit to the United States in September 2025.

The Ecumenical Patriarch explained that the donation “not only facilitated practical aspects of our journey but also bore testimony to the enduring bond that unites the faithful with the Ecumenical Throne.

His All-Holiness stated that “such expressions of devotion and fidelity strengthen our shared mission to uphold the Church’s apostolic witness and advance the peace, reconciliation, and unity that flow from her sacred vocation.”
