On Tuesday, June 15, 2022, the Archon delegation visited St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Saint Sophia Church in Sofia, Bulgaria. Later, they visited the Patriarchate of Bulgaria. Patriarch Neophyte and Metropolitan Anthony among other bishops and clergy met with members of the delegation. The delegation is traveling to Bulgaria as part of a religious freedom mission.
