On Sunday, January 22, 2023, His Eminence Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon, who was representing His All-Holiness, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Virgin Mary Chapel in Monaco. Following the Liturgy, four new Archons were invested by His Eminence: Petros Machas, Konstantinos Tzouvelekas, Grigoris Stasinopoulos and Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou. An Archon delegation, led by His Eminence, began in Athens and is concluding in Monaco for preparatory discussions on a future International Archon Religious Freedom Conference. (Photo by J. Mindala)
