On December 2, 2011, the Order of Saint Andrew hosted a dinner in Istanbul, concluding their Religious Freedom Mission to the European Union in Warsaw. His Eminence Metropolitan Emmanuel of France, Director of the Liaison Office of the Orthodox Church to the EU was in attendance, along with His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco. The Archon delegation was comprised of National Commander Dr. Anthony J. Limberakis, Archon Regional Commander Andrew E. Manatos and Archon Regional Commander Judge B. Theodore Bozonelis.
