On Friday, November 30, 2007, an Archon delegation joined His All Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew in celebrating the Divine Liturgy for the Feast of Saint Andrew the Apostle at St. George Cathedral at the Phanar in Istanbul, Turkey.
