On September 25, 2014, National Council members and Regional Commanders had a unique opportunity to meet with Steve Plate, Deputy Chief of Capital Planning, Director of the World Trade Center Construction for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Plate offered the Archons a presentation on the rebuilding efforts of the World Trade Center area and Saint Nicholas National Shrine which was destroyed on September 11, 2001. They had the opportunity to take a 360° tour of The Freedom Tower and visit the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. (Photos by J. Mindala)
