On Saturday, September 17, 2011, with the blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah of Denver, the Archons of the 10th District hosted its first ever Religious Freedom Symposium at the Assumption of the Theotokos Cathedral in Denver, CO. The Symposium was organized and moderated by Regional Commander Dr. Gregory Papadeas. National Commander Anthony J. Limberakis, MD was the Symposium featured speaker, who offered updates on the latest developments from recent meetings with government officials and religious leaders from Turkey and other countries. He also spoke about the five core issues facing the Ecumenical Patriarchate. The day concluded with a luncheon hosted by the Archons of the 10th District.
