His All Holiness received members of the Committee on Foreign and Interior Ministries of Turkey. The Commission was attended by Ambassador Kerim Uras, Deputy Directorate of Greece-Cyprus Foreign Ministry and the Alp Ay, the Director General Directorate of Civil Affairs of the European Union General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among the issues discussed at the meeting which lasted an hour and a half was the necessity of reopening the Theological School of Halki and the problems of Omogeneiakon Communities and Institutions.
