Members of the Archon delegation traveled by an overnight train and arrived in Prague on Februrary 24, 2009. They met with the Deputy Chief of Mission to the US Embassy to the Czech Republic. The delegation also met with the head of the Catholic Church in the Czech Republic, Archbishop Miloslav Cardinal Vlk. They ended their trip to Prague with a meeting with the Head of the Working Group for Enlargement JUDr. Pavel Svitil of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
