Archon Commander Dr. Limberakis Discusses Religious Freedom and the Ecumenical Patriarchate on ‘Live with the Louhs’

On this week’s episode of “Live with the Louhs,” hosts Fr. Nicholas Louh and his wife, Dr. Roxanne Louh, a Clinical Psychologist, had a powerful and insightful conversation on Religious Freedom and the Plight of the Ecumenical Patriarchate with a special guest: Dr. Anthony Limberakis, National Commander of the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle, Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

“Live with the Louhs” is a radio ministry of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. On Sunday’s episode, Dr. Limberakis explained the mission of the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle and the religious freedom issues confronting the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Turkey today. He explained what the Archons have done to preserve and defend the religious freedom of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and discussed the founding of an important new initiative to secure the ongoing financial stability of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew Foundation. Dr. Limberakis also explained the Archons’ work for the religious freedom of all believers facing persecution, and even answered the common question: “Is it true you must be rich to become an Archon?”

Then in the Louh Down, Fr. Nicholas and Dr. Roxanne shared practical tools to guide you in your walk of faith, principles that we can all apply today to stand with those who face oppression and persecution.
