William J. Antholis of the St. Sophia Cathedral in Washington, DC, was invested as Archon in 2010 and conferred with the offikion Prostatis ton Grammaton. He was responsible for the address of His All-Holiness the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew at the Brookings Institution during the Patriarchal visit to the US in November 2009.

Archon Antholis is the Managing Director of the Brookings Institution and a senior fellow in Governance Studies.

Archon Antholis and his wife, Kristen, were married in 2000
