Archon Condakes is a graduate of Clark University with a BA in Geography and of The Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with an MS in Management. He is the President and CEO of The Peter Condakes Company, a leading purveyor of produce in Massachusetts.

Archon Condakes and his wife, Phillipa, were married in 1993 and are the parents of one son.
