John Koutsoupis of the St. Mark Church in Boca Raton, FL, was invested as Archon in 2017 and conferred with the offikion Eftaxias.

Archon Koutsoupis dedicates much of his time to Church outreach programs. For example, he arranges transportation to the Divine Liturgy, and other Church services, for retirees or winter residents from the North, who otherwise would not be able to attend church services.

Archon Koutsoupis, who previously served as a detective in New York City, is in the law enforcement profession and now serves on the staff of the Florida Attorney General.
