An Official Delegation of the Church of Rome is visiting the sacred See of the Ecumenical Patriarchate to attend, tomorrow, Monday, November 30, 2020, the feast of St. Andrew the Apostle, the founder of the Church of Constantinople.

The Papal Delegation, headed by Rev. Cardinal Kurt Koch, President of the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Christian Unity, and its members, the God-loving Bishop Brian Farrell, Secretary of the Council, and the Rev. Fr. Andrea Palmieri, Undersecretary, was received today by His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.

The meeting, which took place in a cordial atmosphere, was also attended by the Rev. Archimandrite Agathangelos Siskos, Archivist of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and Secretary of the Synodal Committee on Dialogue with the Roman Catholic Church.
