On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, 15 Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate gathered at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church (Rev. Fr. Dimitrios Tobias) in Chicago to celebrate their Patron Saint’s Vespers Service. Commencing the Service, His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael of Chicago continued the annual tradition of leading the procession of clergy and Archons down the center aisle of the church. Also joining the Vesper Service was Metropolis of Chicago Chancellor His Grace Bishop Timothy of Hexamilion.

Newly invested (October 9, 2022) Archon Dr. Thomas P. Williams, DDS, MD, FACS, from Dubuque, Iowa, addressed the congregation at the conclusion of the Service on “what it means to be an Archon.”

After closing remarks by His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael, the parish of St Andrew hosted a gracious reception.
